If you follow “The Dave Castro” on Instagram he throws out Crossfit challenges from time to time that reward prizes to the winners. The Stud Bar Challenge is max reps dead hang pull ups in 1 minute with 25 lbs attached to your body. The best men’s and woman’s effort earned a Stud Bar pull up bar for their efforts.
